Upcoming Reviews

So I guess I’m back to reading 5-7 books at once. You know what, it makes me happy, and I like variety. Fun times!

Deepsix by Jack McDevitt

This will be the second time I read this, but it’s been so long I’ve forgotten most of the story and it’s almost like new. I’m loving it (again) so far. Full summary here.

Hangman’s Root by Susan Wittig Albert

This is my first foray into this series, and so far I’m keenly interested and enjoying myself. Since I started this blog about a week ago, after I started this series, this is the third book that I will be reviewing. However, I do recommend the first two, starting with Thyme of Death. Full summary of Hangman’s Root here.

The Tao of Writing by Ralph L. Wahlstrom

I have actually had this book for years, and never sat down and read it (probably not very ‘tao-ish’). I’m reviewing this as a part of my Writing Resources category, of which will be separated from my usual reviews. Full summary here.

Chimes at Midnight by Seanan McGuire

This is the 7th book in the series. I reviewed the 6th book here. Full summary of Chimes at Midnight here.

The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins

I usually don’t go for dystopian stories, and even though I liked the movies, I never really had a desire to read the books. I’m actually reading it now for a Contemporary Fiction class. So far, I’m enjoying it! Full summary here.
