They practically set the pages on fire. You can tell right off that Hudson is a strong, honorable alpha male. He has a good heart and deep emotions that are wonderful to watch him reveal. Chantrea is shy, but strong as well. She has not grown up with others of her kind, but she adapts quickly to all the changes she has been dealt to come out the other side even stronger for what she has had to deal with. I really wanted to see her get the prince charming she desired and was cheering her on all the way.Although this book is part of a series, it can be read alone and enjoyed completely. In fact, I found myself so taken with this story I did not want it to end. I hope there will be many more books to come in the Savage Sanctuary series. I will be first in line to get them.
