review 1: I liked this story, but I have conflicted feelings about it. Although I really enjoyed reading it, I still didn't find that there was something different or special about it that would make it stand out among other books of the same genre. It was a nice book and I enjoyed reading it and I would like to read the rest of the books in the series, but it lacked a certain amount of... intensity -I think that's the best word- that would take me from liking it to loving it.
review 2: I really liked this book . Loved vivian as a strong woman, in a time when women were suppose to be weak . she stood out to me . marcus was the kind of man any woman could fall head over heels for and drop their knickers. Just reading who she tried to do everything in her power to not fall... more for the gentlman is quite good and actually funny at times.I couldnt put it down and i reccomend this book to anyone who wants to escape to another time and place for an romance and true love in a different time less
