review 1: I really enjoyed this book. It was one of the most well-written of this genre that I've read from the free Bookbub books. I admire how the author was quick to point out that although Ben's mom may not appear often in the book, she definitely played/plays a large part in Ben's life. The fact that mom and dad kept a solid relationship for their son even after their divorce also impressed me. All in all, a feel good read.
review 2: What a great story. For most people, DisneyWorld is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. For this family, it became a lifestyle, all in the effort to nourish their autistic son, Ben. This book is from a dad's perspective, giving glimpses of life with Ben, who became fixated on Disney characters and songs-- so much so that he rode the Sn... moreow White ride over 3,000 times. I don't nitpick memoirs, especially if I like the story, and this was one that needed to be written. It pulled me in, and left me smiling. Actually I think I almost bawled at the climactic moment when Ben took that last ride. Great tribute to your son, Mr. Miles. less
