review 1: This is a novel companion to the movie of the same name. I picked it up at a thrift store for 50¢, and I'm glad that's all I paid. Don't get me wrong, it's not a terrible book. And I did enjoy the movie, as well. However, if I hadn't seen the movie, I would have been really annoyed. The book cuts off rather abruptly and directs you to a website to finish reading. I didn't bother, since I'd seen the movie, I knew who the wolf was, and I knew how it really ended. If you haven't seen the move, don't start this book until you have. You'll save yourself a lot of frustration. It's an interesting story, and the book fleshed it out a little better than the film. However, I hate when the heroine chooses the wrong man, and I'm not much a believer in soul-mates or that there's only ... moreone person on this whole earth you can love. That aside, not a bad little book. Quick, summer read.
review 2: Well, I definitely like the movie a whole lot better. This book just got boring so quickly. Also, this book was made after the movie was made, to try to get more money, and I just didn't like it at all.Like, there was some good parts of the book, but it is all just descriptions and it just wasn't very exctiting. And you don't even find out the ending. You have to go online and find read another chapter and find out. Why go through all that trouble when you could've just put it in the book. Seriously, I didn't really like this book.Just see the movie instead of reading the book, because it was just not very good. less

Drug out a little bit and was pretty predictable but otherwise a quick read and held interest.
