review 1: Echt een goed boek, vreemd maar bijzonder! Ik ergerde me echt verschrikkelijk aan Genevieve, ze was zo gemeen en achterbaks. Toen ik halverwege het boek was, was alles eigenlijk heel voorspelbaar, ik wist gewoon wat er ging gebeuren. Maar ik had tegelijker tijd ook een déjà-vu want ik had het gevoel dat ik zoiets al eerder had gelezen. Misschien een ander soort boek, maar net zoiets als dit??? Het einde vond ik daarintegen een beetje vreemd en ook wel heel erg gemeen. Dit boek heb ik beoordeeld met 4 van de 5 sterren.
review 2: Brilliantly disturbing and I loved the mind games. At first I did feel as though Katy distrusted Genevieve based on very little evidence, but as Genevieve upped the creepiness it did get a lot more exciting. Loved the ending. Wish the ... moresupernatural hints had either been fully developed or left out. They were kinda confusing in that I didn't know if they mattered at all, or what they meant. Which got to me a bit. But overall a very good book with great characters. less
