review 1: Sooo, I was REALLY apprehensive when I started this story. I knew going into it that there were some emotional points. Unfortunately I thought that it was behind them and then it all came to a screeching stop at about 85% or so. Oh my goodness, my heart dropped to my stomach. Now I must say it took everything in me not to breakdown and cry for Grayson & Evie. What they endured was beyond words, and so horrific that I didn't know if I could continue. But I had to finish and even though it did end well for the both of them, it still hangs over my head. This story will definitely leave a mark on my memory. I would've given this story five stars, but like a lot of other reviewers said it had numerous editing mistakes. Otherwise, Evie & Grayson's love story was beyond time and ... morespace, and the way they were able to heal each other was a true testament of their love.
review 2: It seems that in the authors snafu, she lost her really good editors, "he put his forehead against mint." (Hmmmm I think mine was the word for which were looking). This story has a healthy dose of angst and a HEA. The attack was over the top, just too much and the ending was rushed. Of course the ending came with all the prerequisite happy marks, but I won't spoil it for those of you can't guess what they are. less

Passable. Great plot for an abused story. somehow makes sense.
