review 1: informative. interesting. decently written. fun pictures. shes pretty candid about sex and her relationships though who knows if its just her perspective. now i want to read the autobios of the other's mentioned. david and shaun. i personally was more into shaun when i was a little girl. major crush. she says he was sweet and quiet whereas david was a womanizer and showman. i guess i like the quiet type better.
review 2: I borrowed this book on CD from the public library. It was very enjoyable to hear Shirley Jones tell her story. Her voice sounded much younger than her 79 years. What an interesting and unconventional life she has had. I know her best from the Partridge Family so it was so interesting to learn about her life behind the scenes and how secure
... more she is with her sexuality - even until this day! She seems so level headed in business and as a mother but her choices in husbands seemed to be based on some wild streak in her for adventure. less

Great book on a great life but I could have done without Mrs. Partridge talking about her sex life.
