Channeling Stiv Bators

Stiv Bators from the Dead Boys was on my mind a lot. I decided to channel with him last night. I also invited my brother Mike to do the meditation and channeling with me. This was his first time ever channeling. It’s interesting because when I was just in my meditation phase, I saw Stiv’s face, and he was smiling and laughing. It wasn’t a laugh that seemed like he was making fun of me, but more like, “Wow, seriously? You want me to channel with you guys?” My brother said he saw an image of a woman who was sleeping peacefully. Here’s the full interview:

1.) Stiv, if you’re here right now, how are you?
(Okay, this is interesting because I saw “I’m here.” It’s almost like painted chalk in blue on a black background).

2.) What were you here to learn on Earth?
I was here to learn how to be unique. I was never really accepted in the mainstream. I was never accepted by the mainstream. They wanted me to be this normal guy. I was completely abnormal.

3.) How did not being accepted by the mainstream help you learn lessons in your past life as the singer of the Dead Boys?
I knew I needed to be different in order to succeed. I was constantly at a battle with catering to the mainstream.

4.) What was one of your past lives like, if you could show me?
This is kind of a funny image. It’s kind of like a gif. There’s this man. It looks like the 1800s or the 1900s. He’s wearing a black top hat, and he’s wearing a curly mustache, and he’s wearing a bifocal. He’s dressed really proper like in a penguin suit. Chain, white gloves. He’s looking at this younger girl sitting in a chair holding a baby. He’s a little thicker, and has red, ruddy cheeks. It almost feels like this girl could be his daughter because she looks younger. She’s wearing white with a white bonnet on her head, curly hairs coming out on her forehead. The baby is wrapped in white. She almost feels like a midwife or something.

What was the relationship between the man, the woman, and the baby?

I was the upper crust man in my pastlife. I was with the lady who had the baby. We were a couple. (Wow, he’s saying she died shortly after the childbirth. I’m seeing it in words and I’m getting it claircognizantly).
How did she die after the childbirth, Stiv? Did she bleed too much?
She was really weak after having the baby. Her system couldn’t handle the afterbirth.
So the man became a widower and had to raise the baby alone.

Were they okay? Was there any abuse? Sometimes that happens where the child get’s abused by the living parent, like they get blamed for the death of the former parent.
Yes, they had a good life after the mom’s death. He was…(now he’s changing to “I”) I was a very caring man in this life. I was very selfless, kind, considerate. The baby boy had grew up to be a good man. He was a wealthy banker.

You were the wealthy banker? Or he was the wealthy banker when he grew to be older?
He was the banker.

5.) I heard you and the Dead Boys were from Cleveland, Ohio. I’m from FW Indiana. How are they different from each other?
I think they’re both similar. (He’s funny he said Indiana had a better basketball team than Cleveland, Ohio). Good ol’ Bobby Knight. Are you referring to Bobby Knight?
Yeah, I mean in general Indiana had better sports teams. Ohio is kind of bland. There’s not much to do in Cleveland. We had a lot of malls, shopping centers, but as far as culture there wasn’t a lot of it.

I guess I could kind of see that with the Midwest.

6.) What was your childhood like? I never found any information on you and the guys in the Dead Boys. Was it good or bad? Did you move around a lot, or stay in the same area?
My childhood was okay. My dad wasn’t around very much. He cheated on my mom all the time. He wasn’t a good man to her. She had to be the breadwinner and take care of me and my siblings. Times were rough financially, but we always made it out.

Were your parents divorced? Did your mom want to get divorced after she found out he cheated?
She divorced him when she found out he cheated. There was just a lot of shit going on between them. They never really had a good relationship. (He showed me “12” and then said he was 12 when they divorced).

7.) How did the Dead Boys come along? What was the beginning part of the band?
The Dead Boys got started in 1975 is what it looks like. We were just playing at various clubs, like CBGB’s. Come in a little stronger, can you repeat that, please? The Dead Boys got started in 1975. We were playing various clubs in Ohio, but then we moved to New York. We started playing at CBGB’s. Hilly Krystal gave us a chance to perform there. He really believed in us. We started going on the road. We started touring. (The letters are coming in blue and bold, like a Word doc writing).

How did you guys break up?
We just did different projects afterwards. There never was a big break up. We just kind of split apart amicably. (“Amicably” showed up as an actual word).

8.) Dennis Morgillo has this thing on Youtube called “Live at Dennis’ House.” He has his friends come on to review old records with his friends, and he interviews people. He interviewed Cheetah Chrome. Do you visit him in spirit?
Yes, I visit him sometimes. I think he just needs to relax. He’s not a kid, anymore. He has to let his heart rest. There’s a lot of strain on him to keep performing.

So do you think he’s touring too much?
Yeah, he needs to relax. There’s so much pressure on him to make more music. It’s just not in his system to do as much, anymore.

Dennis Morgillo interviewed a man on his show about his drumsticks. He was talking about the New York Dolls when he was reviewing Johnny Thunders’ “So Alone” album. He was saying you know, two records and out with a lot of bands. Why was it like this? Was it the changing of the times?
Yeah, it was the changing of the times. (Now, it’s coming in blocked kind of white letters). There were a lot of bands coming out due to competition. Not everyone could be very famous.

It’s interesting. There’s a band called Murder City Devils who did a song called “Johnny Thunders.” How come you think no one’s written a song about you, yet? Why is there a mystique with Johnny Thunders?
Johnny Thunders was an incredible musician. Extremely underrated. People didn’t give him a chance because he was a junkie. There was a lot of people who didn’t treat Johnny Thunders well. There was a lot of backlash when he went solo. People rather hear him with the New York Dolls.

Why do you think no one’s written a song about you, Stiv?
I don’t know why. It’s probably because the Dead Boys weren’t that famous. We were kind of ignored after the British punk came along.

That kind of leads to my other question back to Dennis Morgillo. He was talking about the Anarchy Tour with the Sex Pistols, the Clash, the Damned. The Heartbreakers were on the tour with them.
Yeah, it would’ve been cool to have been on the Anarchy Tour, but like you said, there were a lot of issues with the climate in England. Too much censorship. Too many regulations by the BBC.

Richard Hell talked about how he hated touring there and getting spit on. His drummer Julien said he wore a coat and it looked like pigeon shit with all the spit on it after the show. Cherrie Currie said she didn’t like the climate of England, too, at the time. What do you think of Richard Hell’s opinion about hating England?
Yeah, Richard Hell was right. There was a lot of punk kids who didn’t respect the American punk musicians. They thought we were fake.

What else about that? They thought we were fake and poseurs.

9.) What made the American punk and British punk different from each other?
I think the American punk was more intellectual. The British punk was more raw, in-your-face. We tried to be more coherent and cohesive.

10.) I remember reading in “Please Kill Me” your drummer, Johnny Blitz, got stabbed at least 10 times by some guys, but he survived. Did he have angels surrounding him?
Yeah, he had angels surrounding him. He was so lucky that night. He would’ve died if we didn’t get him to the hospital immediately. He lost a lot of blood. There was a lot of chaos in the hospital that night, but he made it out.

11.) Were you married or had any children?
No, I wasn’t married or had kids. I was pretty single minus a few girls I dated who were into that scene.

BQ1: My brother asked: Did you accomplish everything you wanted to in life, or was there something else you wanted to accomplish?
No, I feel like I accomplished everything that I could. I was very proud of my musical accomplishments. I wish my bands had more fame, a little more fame, but we were always happy…Happy about what? (Fading a little). I was happy that we could tour, still produce music, rehearse, do shows, do gigs. There wasn’t anything that I disliked about that.

12.) Any message?
Well, I would like to say “thank you” for channeling with me because I felt as if…What message would you like to give us or your fans or your family? I would like to say “thank you” for channeling with me. I never was really channeled before really by anyone especially not by someone special like you. There’s been a lot of allegations about my death. People don’t know the real story.

I read on Wiki you were hit by a taxi. Was that an accident, or was it vehicular homicide? How exactly did that go down?
I was just very tired that night. I stepped off the side of the curb, and I was hit. People think I died of an overdose, but I didn’t die of an overdose.

Were you ever into heroin? I know people were into that back in the day in that scene.
I was into heroin, but I quit pretty quickly. I wasn’t really into the junkie lifestyle. It wasn’t something that interested me, or something that accomplished me. Yeah, my death was accidental. The taxi driver wasn’t paying attention to me. It was such a blur. I didn’t feel anything because I was quickly released. My soul was released out of my body, and I crossed over very quickly.

Side note to my brother: Yeah, it reminds me of Princess Diana. PsychicHeartsEye channeled her, and when she crossed over, she said that she didn’t feel it. She laughed and saw a blue bird, probably one of her angels. In those trashy magazines, they always said that it was on purpose.

Yeah, that’s kind of what I meant. I think with Diana she knew the people who crashed into her. Her death always felt a little premediated to me.

I don’t think she purposefully wanted to die.

No, I mean that I think she knew that her death was kind of a set-up, but mine wasn’t.

13.) What do you think of rock music now, and how do you think it’s different today?
I think rock music today is shitty. There’s too much going on with digital downloads, and people not really wanting to pay for the band they like. People want instant gratification. They just see music as a business, not really entertainment like in the past.

You mean like i-Tunes where peope buy the 1 minute song versus back in the day people bought records at the shop and had to listen to the whole thing?
Yeah, too much control with the industry trying to handle artists like they’re cattle or something. Put them all in a line and hope they’ll produce good music.

(I started laughing because he was talking about meat, and I thought of the song “Caught With the Meat in Your Mouth.” It also reminds me of how my manager Brian at work said he’s not going to treat us like cattle like they do with McDonald’s workers, he’s going to treat us like family, like his pets).

Yeah, I meant like there’s too much control. Managers and their bands. They won’t let the bands have a say in their music like you were allowed to back in the ’70s.

14.) What advice would you give to people who want to be more spiritual?
I would tell them to focus on meditation. Focus on growing spiritually before trying to make a profit off of their talents because there’s so many charlatans out there who don’t really have a connection to spirits, so they give a bad name to the people who are legit.

Okay, well, I’d like to close the session. Thank you, Stiv for coming through, and to God, my spirit guides, and angels for coming through.

You’re welcome, Angela. Tell Mike he should speak more next time.

❤ Ange
