review 1: I liked this. It was short and sweet and not a lot of drama. I really enjoyed how real this felt too. It wasn't an action packed story filled with murder, infidelity, or mystery. It showed the real problems a relationship could face and how something as simple as a busy schedule is what could threaten your relationship. Even though it was a nice story I wish it had a little something extra to make it more engaging. A cheating spouse, a dead body, or a haunting ghost or something. Haha I guess I'm a sucker for drama.
review 2: A very sexy, quick read that grabbed my attention from the start.It starts in the now, circles back 3+ years and then follows Ed and Carrick back to now, through the ups and downs of an already established relationship and how they come to... more take it further in a D/s relationship too.It was mostly told from Ed's pov (or so it seemed to me) and I like when I can get into the headspace of the sub. Carrick's thought processes in comparison were very high level.Enjoyed it greatly - and it was free in the DSP tweetaways when I got it, bonus! less
