review 1: This was an ok romance. Girl loves boy since forever, he comes back they reconnect. Sometimes I just wanted to shake them. She was so sure she knew how he felt, but refused to hear him out or talk to him. He stupidly decides to marry someone else since he thinks she doesn't love him. So stupid that they didn't just talk to each other. Frustrating. The writing wasn't bad and the side characters seemed interesting. Might read another one of her books but not right away.
review 2: A handsome man with great personality...A beautiful lady with a strong character...A sweet romance that made you smile as you read...Sophie, a career woman, had not been able to get over her first love, Michael Ade-Cole for more than five years. They were separated five year ago all j
... moreust because of a single word....Sorry. When the two of them finally met again, sparks flew but one of them is now engaged. Why did that 'Sorry' caused Sophie to break all contacts with Michael? Two obviously deeply in love people couldn't be together all because of a misunderstanding. I loved how the relationship and deep feeling that they had for each other were so well brought out in the story. When everything pieced together at the end of the book, I was nodding my head, agreeing to everything that Michael and Sophie were saying to each other. I felt so sad that they had wasted five years apart just because of a small misunderstanding but this could also be what brought them stronger together when they finally understood each other.I loved the epilogue that wrapped up the book nicely letting us know what happened to Folake and I can sense a sequel coming up on Ada and Eddie! I can't wait to read that one.A small problem that I had with the book which could be just me is that I am living in a different country so there are some local words and saying that I couldn't understand in the book and some explanation was done more than once in the book which I think could be that the author had previously published this work on her blog by chapters so it was to help reader to recap after some time had passed. This could be resolved by some slight editing when this work is published as a book. Overall, this is a great piece of work and very fast and easy read.If you are romance genre person, you must definitely check this out. I am looking forward to the author's future work.Disclaimer: I had received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review. less
