review 1: I liked this book. It was a quick read like a review said and I found myself reading it until 3:30a.m. and let myself catch up on sleep. I never really read much books with the mail lead having ptsd. I was struck about how good this book was.They were both broken people, kat trying to get over her rape from highschool and Timber getting over his lost friends. Yet they found each other, knowing each other from their little exchange back in high school. Sparks flew and they got together.They licked each others wounds, but Kats wound couldnt be healed so easy. The monster in her nightmares always watched her and was even timbers friend from highschool.It really angered me when she kept leading him on and not telling him who. If she did, alot couldve been avoided.It got my blo... moreod boiling and when that monster finally showed his head and Timber found out I dropped my kindle hd on the bed and turned away from it. I was like finally, and couldnt believe what was going on. When I got back to reading I laughed (and I know I shouldn't have) but when he walked in the bathroom and found Adam getting off with her hand and when he remembered it he said "my first thought was what the hell did I just walk in on". I dont know why but I found that funny. And the hospital scene where he said he didnt want Adam staying in the same hospital as her and didn't care if they moved him to the hospital and houston and died on the way and choked on his own blood. I was dying.What a nice romantic book.
review 2: I'm kinda disapointed with this book, I just expected so much more. I didn't connect with the characters at all and didn't even care what was going to happen to them. To tell you the truth I kinda forced myself to finish it. And it wasn't because it was a bad book, not at all, but throughout this whole book I felt like I've read this again, like I knew what was going to happen and to me that's not a good feeling to have while reading. Like I said it wasn't a bad book, it just wasn't for me. I'm sure lots of you will love it. less
