review 1: This is/was the group reading selection in the Goodreads BDSM Group for October 2014. There is little and I mean little in this book that I would describe as BDSM so if that is where your interested lay I would not pick this book.This was a surprisingly enjoyable read that held my interest with an engaging storyline.Author is self published, which I love, but it also means that typos & grammatical issues happen throughout. If this really bothers you I would suggest holding off until they are fixed. Usually grammar issues do bother me but story was engaging enough that I noted them but easily overlooked them.I liked The Loneliest Alpha enough that I will be adding the second in the series to my to-read list.
review 2: I love shape shifters so when I read title... more and the blurb I was excited. But the title was a little misleading because these lykeans don't shift I was very disappointed when I found that out. I loved the book it, I found the reading experience very enjoyable but in my opinion, this book isn't really a paranormal romance. It's really just a romance novel but it's was a good story if you like romances check it out. less
