review 1: Ticket stubs, postcards and red pins on the map. Anna Greene dreams of travelling the world and yearns to be somewhere else other than Evanston, Illinois. So when she meets Bennett, who can travel to anywhere at all (and he is genuinely a good guy too), things became surreal and amazing. That is, until she finds out he is actually from the future, and the fact that they are in a relationship that defies the time-space continuum spells doom. Yet, this is not some tragic love story ala My Name is Memory by Ann Brashares. It is sweet, tender and moving, and the issues of Anna and Bennett's relationship is what other couples might face at the end of the day anyway - being overprotective and hiding things from each other. It is their forgiving nature that makes this a pleasant ... moreread.

I was lucky enough to get a sneak preview of this book when I edited the opening chapters several years ago. I was excited to hear about its publication and eager to see what Stone had done with the story. I read it pretty much in one setting and thoroughly enjoyed it, even though YA isn't one of my normal genres. Stone sets up a sweet love story with a gentle paranormal angle that is played for interesting thematic value and character development, rather than plot twists. Solid, lovely, and comforting.

I was hoping this would be a great book! great reviews, great ratings, but i was i just felt there was not much going on.after two hundred pages i decided that maybe there would be a good ending and it was okay. Not much to it, the brief summary is the entire book. Its was girl meets new guy in school she likes him he's from the future she's from the past and they live happily ever after. Its been a while since i read a good time traveling/romance book... i thought maybe this book would change that.
