review 1: Talk about a story that has the angst and crime. I was thrown into this story and captivated from the first page. The first few chapters is kind of like what?? I was trying to desperately figure out WTH? Lol which I like those kind because the build up is so worth the ride :). I won't lie and say I read this as soon as I got it, that would be a big fat fib. I had this one for a while and kept getting distracted by titles that I was waiting on :/. I know, I know, bad me. Well i finally said wth let's see what it's about and was happy I did. I would definitely recommend and the second one as well. They are both very great.
review 2: As I starting reading this book I was intrigued by the story of Sebastian and Natalie. I was upset when the story jumped 34 years. B... moreut as I kept reading, I discovered why the story jumped and understood. This is the first in the Monclair Brothers series and shouldn't be missed. There is a lot of action, lust and love. Renee and Tyler connect and are overcome by their feelings for each other. Renee has just left her deadbeat, abusive husband and Tyler becomes her salvation. In helping Renee, Tyler realizes she is not the only one needing protection. The story ends back to where it all started with Sebastian and Natalie and their sons discover what really happened to their parents.As the story ends you are left saying, omg, who?,how will this end? You'll have to read Through the Storm to find out. I will be and you should too if you like a romance story that about family who really love each other and someone trying to find the true love that lasts a lifetime. less
