review 1: OMG this book is AMAZING!! Loved it!! I thought it was going to be your typical murder and following police investigation but this was so much more. Espionage, terrorism, murder investigation and travel across the globe, this book really does deliver. It's exciting, fast paced and I raced through to finish it. It's not often you find a book that when you have finished it, you want to start it all over again. I was actually disappointed it finished!! If there is one book to read....this is it.... I Am Pilgrim.... I am outstanding!! review 2: I kept reading that this was the best thriller of the year, and I agree. It's a pageturner with a twisty plot, complex characters, and strong writing. A murder in a New York hotel, Cold War espionage, terrorism, and love are... more all tied up together in ways you won't foresee. The tension builds until you want to race through the last hundred pages. Order dinner in and get ready to stay up late. You won't regret it. less
