review 1: This book was great. it had surprises at every corner. everyone had a secret. it makes u wonder about persons u call ur friends. it will make u think twice before u say u know sumbody.Russel and TammyTammy comes off as a little biatch at first. Yes Russel mad a mistake yrs ao but the fact the he has to pay for it LITERALLY over and over again.wasnt right. she came off as somewhat of a gold digger. and then to find out what she been up to later. o hell to the no!Russell wasnt so innocent either tho, dtill a dirty dog to the end. what goes around come around hun..mayb u 2 should consider walking away and calling it a day because yall got some issues.Malcolm and DiamondUltimate respect for Malcolm. Loved this couple. Even tho he had his secret, u could tell he loved his woman... more.The other characters were good as well even when they were being bad. Surprise surprises. cant say anymore without giving away the book, one of ma favorites. Will be looking forward to reading the sequel to this and more from this author.!!!
review 2: Talk about a shocker. This book has twists and turns for days. There were a lot of characters to keep track of, which slowed down the story a bit for me, but I was so engaged in the drama, I quickly overlooked it. One minute I hated a character and the next, I felt bad for them. Not a single person was left emotionally untouched. Relationships were destroyed, lives lost and loads of backstabbing went down and devastating secrets were revealed. This was my first Tiece book and I will definitely read more of her novels. less
