review 1: What started out decent quickly turned into a campaign to force the reader to cry for someone that was born into a privileged life and had to *gasp* work! She constantly reminds the reader that she's not looking for sympathy and she really does have talent. There are a few cute stories but the "not whining" just kills it. 1 extra star because she has a heart but otherwise this is a big waste of time. Tori is exactly what I thought she was.
review 2: I bought this book because it was recommended as a fluffy, yet interesting, memoir. And I have to say, it was quite an enjoyable read. Tori Spelling's writing is not sophisticated, but it was fun to read, and it was interesting to see how millionaires are raised. I could relate to her relationship issues with her m... moreother as well. Although Tori Spelling's life is nothing spectacular, I would recommend this book as a nice summer read. less
