review 1: Well, mungkin karena lebih dulu baca triloginya Agustinus Wibowo atau Ring of Firenya lawrence, saya jadi kurang menikmati buku ini yang cenderung fokus ke penulis. Ini masalah selera aja sih. Saya lebih menikmati ketika si penulis juga menceritakan budaya, kebiasaan, atau anggapan penduduk lokal tentang suatu tempat wisata (misalnya mitosnya, kepercayaan mereka, atau sejarahnya) Dan mungkin benyak orang lain yang sangat enggak sependapat dengan saya.Lagi, ini masalah selera aja.Saya juga belum paham benang merah yang menghubungkan antara satu bab dengan bab lain. But over all, buku ini enak dibaca dan pengalamannya si penulis, yang seabrek itu, sungguh menakjubkan.
review 2: These Naked Traveler Series have been out for almost 5 years but just now I have the i... morenterest to read it. They are light books, suitable for your afternoon reading with cup of coffee and cookies. The Naked Traveler 2 is just as exciting as the 1st book. Some stories have the same scene but as it took different angle in telling the stories I don't get bored. In fact I kinda test my memory by filling the juggling of first and second book :DAlthough this book doesn't give you the exact guide on how to go to certain destination but if you are able to read between the lines then you can get the red line. Thus you can get the best advantages from Trinity's experience: plan your own vacation by avoiding or perhaps following Trinity's experience for you to get a wonderful tripThis book can make you laugh on small matters which perhaps isn't really important. But, hey why so serious? Life is serious already, let's loose ourself by laughing on small matters ^_^ less
