review 1: I ADORED THIS BOOKIt took serious issues and made them more positive, and it took away the freakiness of deathIt was well written and there was never a dull moment. It was really sad though, and I wish I could have had a go at trying to save Piper to be honest, because she missed living so much...But wow why the cliff hanger at the end??? Gosh I was already excited to read the next book but ugh now I NEED to. I can't live without knowing what happens!!This book was very short compared to what I usually read, but I loved it none-the-less.I really appreciate the fact that it spoke about issues that teens deal with, because it may be able to show readers going through similar things that it does get better, and killing yourself isn't the answer!VERY excited to read the next... more book!
review 2: When I first started reading the book I didn't feel for Piper and I'm not sure why. Maybe because I didn't really know her and what happened felt rushed. I kept on reading. This book is like nothing I've read before. I cried a few times, laughed, and was shocked at times. Although I was already expecting the ending it still made me anxious to know if I was right. I kept covering my phone to not read the sentences ahead. I love the characters and despite what they've been through at their strength. I love Piper's first assignment, Sloan. Such an interesting character and he's the one to blame for a few of my tears. His memories and actions are heartwarming and strong. I wish I could explain more in details but don't want to give anything away. This is the first book I read by this author and it definitely won't be the last! less

A quick read, despite the heavy subject matter, and an end I didn't expect.
