review 1: I just finished reading this book a bit ago and I love it! Perfect sequel to Dear Emily. While I cannot personally relate to the story, I still find it touching close to home because now that I am a Mom, I simply cannot imagine what she went through and how brave Tabitha was to overcome so many obstacles. I am not one to gulp books, I sip them because I am a slow reader and am the type to read a bit, stop and elaborate (to myself or my BFF who is also a huge book lover and a Trudy Stiles fan), and then start reading again. And then I get a huge book hangover because I just don't know how to move on lol. These two books...... Gut wrenching, beautiful, soulful and just.... Just..... Phenomenal. Where do I go from here?! My only personal problem with these books... I wish I w... moreould have read them sooner so I could have been able to discuss them over wine at Book Bash with Trudy. 5+ stars from this reader right here. Thank you Trudy for the amazing story. I simply cannot wait until the third book comes out.
review 2: I read this book immediately after reading the first book in the series.This story was very unique and told in a fresh fashion that i really enjoyed.The story is written in first person of the main female and make characters.Their stories jump between the past and the future, but it is very easy to follow along.The storyline was unique, but also at times slightly heart wrenching, but a good dose of love was mixed in.I definitely suggest giving this book a try, but you must read Dear Emily first! less
