review 1: First of all: congrats to Ashirogi for being true rivals of Eiji's for the first time. Wow! And can I just say that Reversi sounds good??Secondly, I'm so happy for Hiramaru and Aoki! She was so good about his proposal, and I was truly touched by Yoshida's desire to help Hiramaru in any way possible ^_^ it was awesome!Meanwhile, since Bakuman ends in Volume 20 (out this August, as I understand it?), I'm assuming that in the next volume, Reversi gets an anime and Azuki gets the lead role. Hence, imminent Mashiro/Azuki wedding? Finally?!On to volume 19! (Let's see if my predictions were good! (; )
review 2: This volume didn't do much justice even though I really liked it. The story felt repetitive of previous storylines, even if they changed the situation a little
... more bit from supporting character Hiramaru's proposal to the usual ranking competition between the protagonist and Eiji. I still like how the characters create manga or stories as if it's second nature to them. Also more revalations in this volume.I hope that the last two upcoming volumes would give me something worthwhile so I can say, "man what a ride!".Until then, will wait for 2 months. less
