review 1: Mel wants to go to college and be a doctor but instead she is stuck managing the club for her father that she feels guilted into. Add in the fact that her father made a deal with the mob and bring on the Italians and they are not nice, well there is this one guy Tommy that seems to like her but she can not stomach going out with his so she shoots him down every time he asks. As things do in most mob related stories the FBI shows up and the shit hits the fan. Good read with some really good steamy scenes. An alpha male that is sadistic but charismatic. Solid 4.5 read.

I... more catch them. I torture them. They scream, beg, fight, and they die. All of them."This is my first book from Vanessa Waltz a very dark, torrid twisted romance between Tommy and Melanie. First page already grabbed me and I couldn't put my kindle down. I like the POV switching between the characters and reveals what and how they feel and evolve around each other. There are some bondage and very rough scenes that is not meant for the faint of heart so be warned.Loved this book and will definitely be reading more of Vanessa Waltz' works. less
