review 1: I really wanted to like the book, but erotica just isn't my thing. I just don't like mindless sex. I don't mind sex in the book but give me a good story behind it.There wasn't much of a story line to it. Just a couple side stories. A couple stalkers so to speak.I like Chief Ben Lawson but not as much as I wanted. He had to many hang ups. He didn't like the secret Molly had. He had been in a scandal before with his father so he didn't trust much.I couldn't stand Molly Jennings. I get she had issues and I feel for her there. She was just shallow and really didn't care for peoples feelings. Or at least that is the way I took it.When Molly's secret does come out in the light it comes out in a big way. Will Ben and Molly get over it? Will they find true love? Does ... moretheir past continue haunt them?
review 2: DNF. Molly was extremely annoying to the point that I just couldn't stand her any longer. She took the whole mysterious career thing to a ridiculous level; how embarrassing is it to tell people that you're a romance writer? How would you be able to hide your profession for 10 years from your family? This is in addition to the fact she's extremely whiny and shallow in her interactions with Ben, and doesn't tell him about Cameron for the longest time. less

BLUSHING POLICE CHIEFS. The banter kinda reminds me of Wallbanger. Very entertaining.
