review 1: Well, I got the closure that was missing in the first book but I was hoping for something more. Although ,I love these characters, I was alittle bored with them and felt this story could have been told in epilogue form . This book lacked drama and was all love and roses. Yes I know there were sad situations and some ex gone crazy subtle drama but no roller coaster rides. Blake and Paige were solid, they could have taken any drama thrown at them , I wish we could have seen them in action!!!We were told how badA$S these Devlins were but never saw it. I wanted to hate Savannah more. Blake's parents made it seem like they were afraid of any reprecussions and they didn't even say boo to them. I am sorry to say I needed more. I loved the first book and would say I enjoyed this... more one too. It was a true romance but maybe a bit too sweet for my taste.
review 2: I really liked this book. It was a fantastic follow up to the 1st story. It took place immediately following the 1st book and it carried through to a wonderful ending. It had it's drama but not so much that you were screaming out loud. I loved that they handled it all together and just remained true to themselves. I loved how all the drama was dealt with and it answered up so many questions. It really was a great read and I loved how this book was written. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there will be a third book but I don't want to tell you about what for fear of spoiling something. This was such a nice read and I really loved the story. It made me fall even harder for Blake. I look forward to the next book. less
