review 1: Another wonderful book! I'm definitely happy to add this series to my bookshelf. You'll absolutely fall in love with Robin. He makes you want to jump into the book and wrap your arms around him to protect him. And Josh, every pain he felt - I felt. Albeit knowing it was a HEA book, I was still on edge the whole time wondering if it was going to work out in Joshs' favor. It was great story line and very well written.Off to buy the third one! :)
review 2: After reading The Dark Angels: With Wings with Darius and Angel, I was eager to read Josh and Robin’s story. The short glimpses of them in With Wings convinced me that their story would be complicated and a little dark.Josh and Robin grew up together in the same home but they are not blood-related even ... morethough they share the same last name. Josh’s feelings for Robin are far from brotherly. But he hides them from Robin, knowing Robin thinks of him as a brother. Robin is unsure what he feels for Josh, so he hides behind their relationship as ‘brothers’.Things become more complicated for them when Josh’s father kicks them out of his home. With no one but each other to depend on, they live on the streets.Stories that have two characters that want each other but think that they cannot have each other because of some real or imaginary obstacles intrigue me the most. I was not disappointed. The plot takes on some interesting twists, with a LOT of smexy boys-in-the-band action. Another hot and sexy addition to Z. Allora’s The Dark Angels series.Now I can’t wait to see how Dusty’s story will unfold. less
