review 1: I am glad that the Queen of Erotica is growing up. Personally, all the raunchy sex gets old when you have to grow up, in the real world. I would hate to think that Jemistry and Tevin continued to behave as if there were still 21 years old. For some, anytime there is romance, and corny love scenes in a novel, most people who have had the hurt and pain in relationships would say that it is unrealistic, yet there is a desire to find "that one."Good read overall. Book group discussion worthy.
review 2: I gotta say, I enjoy this book. The realness of it. Jemistry's character, I saw some of me in. The lack of trust towards men after being repeatedly hurt & lied to. I loved Tevin. There's not many men you feel the emotion in accept when reading about it & thinking the... morey don't exist. But the truth is, there are Jemistrys, Tevins, Floyds, & Courtney's in the world. Thanks Zane. I enjoyed it! And it put some things in perspective about me & my own hurt & dealing with it. less
