review 1: Excellent book, very useful for anyone in ministry, helpful to extroverts to understand introverts more. Many of the programs out there are designed by and for extroverts, they miss out on opportunities to minister to and to be ministered by introverts. As an Introvert, I appreciated his challenge of it's not an excuse to be antisocial but an encouragement to recognize and reach out to the other introverts in the body. We are often overlooked because we think before we speak and usually the loudest person gets their way even if it's not the best way.
