review 1: I. I just. I don't know. I love and hate it and don't know. In some parts I love Dean but damn Dean. I hate you Dean but I love you okay, you get me? I just. And Kelly is so... ugh.This review is not being helpful. Haha. Okay, I love it, okay? There were too many times that close enough to real life - romantically... but no. You're not a dancer in Vegas - a respectable one. . . and fall in love with someone - over the slot machine, and then you'll get married - in the span of two days, and he'll leave you the morning after you got married. Great. Just great. And when you go to the place in his business card, you'll come and find that he is filthy rich. Life being fabulous as always. And for crissake, he can't remember you. Let's get this straight, I love the story, but da... moremn you Dean. Be true to yourself. Accept it. Reality just took a turn, why can't you accept it??! But my favorite characters? Troy, Robby(ie) *I don't remember! so embarrassing!*, and Felicia! Oh, Troy and Felicia's story is ssssooooo.....!!! Just. ! If you get what I mean. Overall, I like it. But Dean. Dean. I hate you. Kidding. I love you Dean, hope you believe me. But still, no, I hate you. ugh. READ IT FOR YOURSELF AND LET'S TALK ABOUT THIS. COME ON READ IT READ IT NOW.
review 2: This was a sweet short read. Both characters were well written and only a tad frustrating. But that was more about the story line and character than lack of developing. Kelly is your smoking hot Vegas showgirl with a heart and Dean is your uptight sexy millionaire. Dean gets hypnotized by his single digit half brother as a science experiment. Never in his wildest dreams would he have thought it would work. He recovers with two days missing out of his memory. Cue in pissed off but super sweet and charming Kelly showing up at his very busy office letting him know exactly what she thinks of a man that marry's a woman and then runs off. A bargain is struck to try to make it work and there ya go. You even get a little side story with a cousin and his love interest. All in all not a bad short read. I would definitely recommend it to a friend if they're in btw books or in need of a silly distraction. less
