review 1: I finally got this, too late for this Christmas (it's February 4th) but I will definitely be making the little felt bird ornaments for next year. In fact, this would probably be a good time to start making Christmas presents for next year! The crafts in here are very sweet and cute, and most of them are appear to be quite simple, even for beginner sewers. Grade-school age children could probably make some of these, with minimal assistance.
review 2: There are a good variety of projects in this book, ranging from easy to more complex. I also like that it has several projects which make excellent use of repurposed felt/felted items. However, I found it lacking overall--I expected more whimsy and more creative, inspired projects from this book, given the title. M... moreore than a few struck me as very ordinary and unimaginative; I think that if this book were edited down a bit and included more consistently appealing projects, it would better serve the large and varied crafting audience which currently exists. less
