review 1: All Just Glass starts off where Shattered Mirror ended. Now Sarah is faced with the reality of being a vampire and that maybe Kristoper's feelings hadn't been as intense as he claims. Not only does she have to deal with that but her sister and a group of hunters are after her because of her mothers orders. I enjoyed getting to know more about the original characters and the new ones. The Vida's are shown as less than perfect and overall it was a good book, very different from the first. While Shattered Mirror is poetic and a twisted love story, All Just Glass shows the realization of feelings that shift between all the characters and the ending is left open.
review 2: It's been many years since readers (and myself) were introduced to the vampire twins Nikolas a
... morend Kristopher, and they're still as compelling now. Since the previous novel they seem to have mellowed out a bit, and it is the Vida witch clan who have gone power and vengeance mad. The Vida clan live by extremely strict moral codes, but it seems that they all have secret dealings with vampires that taint the perfection of their bloodline. What it takes for their secrets to be revealed is Sarah's death and turning; her betrayal of the bloodline is considered so vast that their own discretions seem paltry in comparisson. Yet at the finale, Sarah remains alive despite the invoked Rights of Kin, and the rest of the family must come to terms with their vampire alliances and turn to a closer alliance with SingleEarth which promotes peaceful coexistence between the species. Overall, it was a very entertaining read, and I hope that a third novel about Sarah, Nikolas, and Kristopher is published. less

Good story. I missed the earlier ones in the series but it was easy to follow.
