Synopsis: Thor and the Warriors Three arrive in Zanadu (now being spelled Xandu). The populace flees. Hogun demands that Mogul come out and fight. Volstagg decides that Mogul must be hiding in a litter carrying a beautiful woman and wanders after it. Hogun, Fandral, and Thor run into a bunch of guards with swords. Seeing their fight, Mogul, becomes worried. Rather than putting a thief named Alibar to death he instead uses his magic to give the man gladiator armor, a horse, and a bunch of demon horsemen to command. Alibar, however is under no illusions. He knows he is being sent to his death and that Mogul’s mercy was no mercy at all.
Notes: Still not a fan of Volstagg the cowardly. I wonder if the spelling change of Zanadu was purposeful or not.
