review 1: This was an absolutely adorable holiday story. I'd never heard of the song this book is titled for, so I listened to it and it really is lovely and quite cheery. Very suitable for this story. I loved Jonah and Callum. They were adorable as kids and their friendship was so sweet! I thought they completed each other perfectly. My only niggle was that I could have used a bit more time spent on their reunion as adults. Despite that, I still finished this with a smile on my face.
review 2: What really caught my attention with this book was its sometimes detailed descriptions that pulled me into the story. This is a light story without alot of angst that deal with two childhood friends that met later in life. The story flips back and forth between the present day a
... morend their childhood as we see them become friend and then quickly lose each other to a kiss and distance between them. I wish there was a little more of the present day story but it did show a very nice beginning to their new relationship. less
