review 1: Was Marilyn Monroe a secret, Soviet Spy? The premise of this book was intriguing and I just had to find out. It had some great historical background and brought to life some of Hollywood's biggest stars of the time. There was Clark Gable and Frank Sinatra. Sometimes I had a hard time remembering these were real people as the fiction was wove tight and well. The twists and turns will leave you wondering- could it have happened like that? As the myth of Elvis lives on so does Marilyn Monroe!

... moret lacks the education to make it amusing. I was interested enough to skip to the end to see if the author followed history (which I won't reveal to avoid spoiling it for another reader!) Might give it another try some day when I am more in the mood. less
