Infinite Sea is the breathtaking sequel to The 5th Wave by Rick Yancy.
Cassie and her friends once again must fight to survive as the 5th wave rolls through the world. Yancey increases the romance between Cassie and Evan, which is a welcomed addition for anyone who was more interested in that than the action. The infinite Sea really makes you question what you think it means to be human.
This novel explains the 5th wave in greater detail and increases the suspense.
Although “The 5th Wave” was amazing, I felt this sequel had more story arc, character development and overall satisfaction of a story. The constant first person point of view changes wasn’t very good, but it was expected after reading the first book. I recommend this book to anyone who read the 5th wave and enjoyed it.
