review 1: I just finished, and I want to read it again, to see what I missed the first time... it's one of THOSE books. Because it's time travel, and you're seeing things from differing places/eras, etc. Here's the story: Claudia loves Adam. Adam loves Claudia... but he won't marry her. SHE thinks it's either because a) he's disabled and doesn't want to trap her down with him, or b) he has commitment issues from the woman before her, who was his first post-injury love and who crushed his heart. So when he invents a time machine and asks her to go back to prevent his accident (so that he doesn't meet and fall for THAT WOMAN), she agrees.Unfortunately, her mission fails. So miserably, that he ends up injured WORSE than he was, the first time. Writing it off as failed, he shuts do... morewn the machine. But Claudia has to stop him from meeting that woman. So while he's asleep, she sets the time machine to go back for two weeks to a different time, with the plan to make his younger self fall for her younger self. This mission also fails... but something else happens: Adam's younger self fall for HER. Yes, Claudia is THAT WOMAN, which I was expecting. But I wasn't expecting the other part of what her going back triggers. It. Was. AWESOME!!!But then, Annabelle Costa is one of my favorite eReader authors. And while Claudia was annoying (as only inner city women can be), and her younger self was absolutely horrible, I still loved the book. It zinged me with romance, and pretzeled my brain. And that's the best kind of novel to pick up!
review 2: The book doesn't dwell too much on time travel theories or the paradoxes that often come with it, rather it's more of a fun romance. The only thing that bothered me was Claudia at the beginning. She came off as a blonde ditz on several occasions. But the moment she was able to travel back in time, her annoyance factor began to lessen. I realized I was starting to root for her and her quest to change a bitter past. I admit, I enjoyed how everything came full circle and it became a fun trip through a "what if" universe. I'd recommend this to women looking for an easy, enjoyable read. Full Review is available on The Reader's Hollow blog less

Very cute. I won't dwell on the small things...for pure storyline it was cute and fun.

I saw the ending coming a mile away, but all in all it was a short, fun read.

Quick read. Previsible. Just fun. Something to entertain.
