review 1: I never would have picked up this book if I hadn't had so many of my friends review it. This is how characters should work! The chemistry between Lacey and Hunter was hot! And so much fun. There wasn't any horrible cheating scandals; there wasn't any slutty side girls waiting in the wings. It was just a fun story with some good old fashioned sexy time. A quick, sexy read that I'm so glad I picked up.
review 2: I really did like this book. It's refreshing having the woman be not only a bit older, but flirting with her late 30's. I really liked the characters (except for "her" best friend, she was kind of a downer; at least she meant well. To be honest, I didn't actually mean to buy this book. My intention was a sample since I'd never read this author before and ... morethis book was over $7. which I just don't do with an author unknown to me. I hit "buy" by mistake. Although I enjoyed this book very much, I don't feel it was quite worth that high of a price-tag. I read it all today (in between errands) so it didn't offer hours of entertainment. It was really good but not a 5 star read for me (5 star reads don't make me sorry I spent some serious $ on them after the fact; I am sorry I spent so much on this one). less
