review 1: I definitely liked this book more than my first by this author. The characters are more developed and therefore easier to relate to and appreciate. It also felt more real, interesting and enjoyable. Still a little short but better written. The characters acted more connected to one another and actually started by knowing each other before sex. I did feel disappointed by Mike's willingness to not press charges. Even if there was no way of happening again that guy still attacked him and almost raped him. He should have followed it up despite Brett's reassurances.
review 2: This is my first foray into this genre and I'm glad I went with Aria Grace! I liked the story - it was sweet and hot at the same time. Mike is a good guy, and I found myself hoping that things ... morewould work out well for him. I hadn't read the synopsis very well, so I was surprised at the ending - I wouldn't have been if I'd been paying attention. Brett was a surprise, and as another reviewer mentioned, it might have been nice to have a little from his POV. My only real criticism is that the story was too short. I would have liked to see what their friends and family had to say - it seems like the author took the easy way out at the finish. Adding other characters' POV might make this into a good book - not just a short story. Will I read another in this genre?
