review 1: I couldn't even finish this book it was so bad. There were way way way to many similarities to Twilight & Fifty Shades of Grey. Yes, it's about a billionaire, playboy, vampire (Robb) who can walk in the sun & falls in love with the clumsy, virgin, college student (Liz) who has a bit of snark in her. This book is not only wicked boring, there's way to much medial jargon talk, and it reads like fanfiction. Also, there's no sexy times (I only read up to 50% so take that as you will).
review 2: Thanks netgalley for a free read in exchange for a review. While this had a great synopsis, I just didn't like the book. I read it straight through in one sitting but it didn't really suck me in. The characters weren't likable, and as far as I'm concerned had zero chemistry.
... more Liz seemed to be a reincarnation of a girl that Robb lost after being taken by vampires. The rebirth of Thad didn't really appeal either, and his situation hardly seemed relevant to the book. The book was written okay, it just seemed the plot had no appeal. Overall entertainment was two stars. less
