review 1: What can I say I am a sucker for the romantic...and Julian had it in spades at the end of this book. This book starts with Julian leaving for Europe to head out on tour, after asking Shannon to go with him he convinces her to instead stay behind to finish her semester of school caring more about her schooling than his loneliness and demons he will inevitably face once alone without Shannon in Europe. Not one to back down Shannon decides to find a way to finish her semester AND still go to Europe where she intends to surprise Julian. Instead Shannon is the one surprised when she finds a drunken Julian with a girl on each arm.Unable to live with the way he has treated Shannon Julian vows to make it up to Shannon and declares to NOT give up on them no matter what.I am so read... morey to see how this ends and I can't wait to jump right into book 5...
review 2: 4 stars. Okay here is my final review. Shannon and Julian what a beautiful couple; but the idea of Julian to go back and start drinking because he was lonely-give me a break. I felt that Julian need to speak to Shannon what was his demon, what happened to him when he was younger, why all the secrets. If he truly loved Shannon he would opened up but he didn't, he didn't speak about how he felt with the group as well, but he was there for Alex but what else. Nothing about his life. I understand that it was about him falling in love, but come one, It need a little more humph! I truly wish the book was longer and only one full book. But overall it was a very good book. Kudos to Ms. Aubrey Rose, Thank you. less
