review 1: A short little read. This book was entertaining enough, love scenes were well formed and passionate, action scenes were engaging and descriptive but few and far between. I tend to enjoy books that have more of a focus on the plotline vs. love scenes. Afterall, if all I was interested in was great sex I do have a husband, lol. I think this author is talented and has a good knack for writing but would like to see her develop better plotlines and rearrange where her focus is.
review 2: This novella is about Sasha Young, a Major who has been stationed at Alpha Colony to maintain peaceful interactions between the shifters that live there. Over the years, she has been fighting an illegal attraction with the only white tiger on the Colony named Grayson. Their attracti... moreon comes to a head when she and Grayson both step in to assist a female leopard in jeopardy. Grayson has many secrets, but he doesn't know how much he can trust Sasha-she is a human, after all, despite the fact that she has always been kind and fair to the shifters. Their love is forbidden by laws, but Grayson has bid his time long enough-it's tie for action.This was a nice, kinky, read. I really like the world the author created here and I plan on reading more in this series! less
