review 1: I really enjoyed this story from the first page and wanted to find out what happened to the characters Joanna and Ryder. I loved the writing style and the little details about both characters and their careers. There was a sense of humor, it was exciting and there was a sexual chemistry between the characters that was sizzling. The only down side for me would be the fact that Barbara does an excellent job of setting the scene and creating the sexual tension but then the love making is flat and I found that disappointing.
