review 1: 3 starsI've read Barbara E's Susie's Choice and I loved it! It was a MFM story and it's just crazy that I loved it. That's why I read this novel. It's written well, I like the characters and story flow. Though I didn't like the threesome that much, it wasn't as hot as Susie's Choice but it's good enough.I love the story though, I felt bad for Anna because of her family and that Asshole Garret. I wanted to tear Garret's jugular. He's so infuriating! I wanted the story to be more about that but well, it ended too soon!
review 2: While I liked the characters and the idea of the plot, this book just didn't work for me. I feel like the author spent way too much time in the beginning on the whole evil fiance/stalker thing (Gareth) which got tedious and annoying. Co... morenversely, not enough time uniting Anna, Will and Jax. It was all about the sex, and I feel there was zero consideration given to the complex emotional situation-it was like we're together, we're in love (after a day) and we may not live HEA, but everything is awesome. I've read other books by this author, and she does an amazing job tackling pretty significant emotional issues-I wish she would have tackled this. This felt like a total cop out. less
