review 1: "Because You Are Mine Part III: Because You Haunt Me" by Beth Kery is the 3rd part of a novella that's been divided into 8 parts.In part 3, Ian knows just how innocent Francesca is (maybe too innocent for someone like him) and finds himself struggling with whether or not to pursue her. He knows it's best just to let her go. For good. But at the same time he can't stop thinking about her. He must have her...possess her...completely and at all costs.After that night at Ian's penthouse, Francesca avoids Ian until he confronts her with an interesting proposition: a purely physical relationship. Francesca agrees to that. To explore their attraction to one another but of course on Ian's terms.Since Ian has a meeting in Paris that he can't delay and the things between them has be... moreen decided, he wants Francesca to come with him to Paris...promising a special and unforgettable night...I loved and enjoyed this part as well. Maybe the only thing that I didn't like so much was where it ended. I mean stopping right where it was getting so interesting. When I noticed that's the ending of part 3, I really was saying out loud (to myself) "NOOOO!!".
review 2: From what I can tell, this is just a novel broken up into 2 chapter segments. Honestly, I would have preferred to just read the whole novel instead of having it broken up. The third installment kept up with the intensity and speed of the developing relationship. It's also still reading quite a bit like the Fifty Shades books at this point, although Ian doesn't seem to be as "messed up" a character as Christian. less
