Exorcising Sean's Ghost is a really enjoyable read with a fantastic plot twist. I'm sure many readers will like it just as much as I do.
review 2: I first saw this book mentioned in my GR friend Auntee's review. The blurb on this one drew me in and I couldn't resist. After a very short time together, Belle's lover, Attorney General Sean Ryan is murdered in a terrorist plot. We jump forward to one year later and she meets the mysterious stranger, Jack Caldwell and finds herself intensely drawn to this vibrant,handsome stranger. But as their relationship develops, she finds herself questioning her own sanity because of her crazy, impossible thoughts that this Jack Caldwell is actually her Sean Ryan! Of course, Jack becomes upset with her beliefs. He refuses to share her with a ghost and wants Belle to love him, Jack Caldwell! Will she continue to persist with these thoughts and push Jack completely out of her life?And that's what kept me turning those pages...I had to know! Now, I like steamy-hot romance, and this is erotica, but I felt this was such a fantastic basis for a story and wanted much more! From the beginning to the end there is lots of sex...pages filled with smokin' hot love scenes...so much that I too found myself skimming through to get to the story. (your review nailed this one Auntee!)I liked that their relationship was intense. I liked that their relationship was monogamous. I liked how Jack states, "You're Mine" in the throes of passion! There is a small amount of BDSM with consensual restraint (restraints ok:) and spanking (just not my thing:) And while the pages are filled with smokin' hot love scenes, I wished for more tender, loving moments with this couple. Still...even with "hair" sex, I liked it:) (And I believe this is my first read that included hair sex....lol) less
