Soldier Bear is an orphaned bear cub adopted by a group of Polish soldiers. Soldier Bear travels with the soldiers from Iran to Italy and then on to Scotland. His mischievousness gets himself into trouble. However, he saves the soldiers from a spy.
review 2: This is a story about a bear who was rescued from a child in Iran. The child was planning on selling the bear to a circus or other sorts when a group of 5 men stopped to see if the boy needed help. The men paid the boy for the bear and gave him food. They took the bear and the bear was like a part of their group. He was considered a so... moreldier of WWII and served for 5 years before he was placed in a zoo. The soldiers who rescued this bear visited him even after he was placed in the zoo. Very interesting story! less
