review 1: THANK YOU dear Daniel from Love at First Page for the loan of this book. Although I did a poor job of getting though it. I made it 25 pages and determined that this heroine and I weren't going to get along very well. I've become so jaded and wary of NA these days, which is sad. But this time of the year (or any), it's not worth it to force myself to read something I'm not feeling. Maybe I'll grab another copy and pick it up again one day. But for now, I'm saying good bye to these characters.
review 2: Every once in awhile a book liked Caged in Winter comes along. A book that has it all. Great riding, an amazingly swoon worthy guy, a fiercely independent lead and a great story to tie it all together. Winter has had a rough life and refuses to rely on anyone but ... moreherself.... when Cade decides to try and be her knight in shining armor....not exactly the best way to approach a girl like Winter. Cade however doesn't give up with out a fight. And thank gosh he didn't because what follows is one of the sweetest love stories I have read in a very long time. Now its not all sunshine and rainbows.. Cade and Winter still have so many differences and no one said it is going to be easy or that everything a;ways ends the way we wish it would.. and sometimes we are left wishing there were more pages..... less
