review 1: I was skeptical of this book at first. A book composed of a bunch of Fortune magazine articles? Sounded like a lazy way to write a book to me. Two things saved it. 1) Carol Loomis did a nice job writing an introduction to each article, providing context and any noteworthy updates. 2) It was interesting to read about the events from articles in that time period with the benefit of knowing what had happened since.It's probably not the best book on Warren Buffett but it is nicely adopted to my magazine size attention span. What really made this book enjoyable is the incredible achievements of Warren Buffett and the amazing knowledge that he shares with the reporters.
