review 1: By this book, the third in the series, I was completely sick of Aggie's "I can't do this, I'm a failure, this is too hard" self-pity speech. Her emotions were all over the place. Though I really wanted to like this book as much as the last one, it just didn't do it for me. The crying and emotional breakdowns tainted it too much. Oh well. Still a cute series, overall. Inspirational, actually. If Aggie can do it with 8 kids (and she could, especially with Luke's help), then I can do it with 2 kids. :)
review 2: I loved this series so much. As I said in the review for "For Keeps" you will experience every emotion known to woman and man. You will laugh at the mishaps of the children, get frustrated at the people who question eight kids, cry for the loss of th... moreeir mother and Aggie 's sister, and rejoice in the love found between Luke and Aggie. Chautona Havig is a marvelous author if this series is anything like her others. I looked and she has a series out or coming out, I haven't checked that completely yet about one character jn the book, Willow. I wanted to get this review finished before I lost the joy of th book so I am not sure if that series is completed. Sorrow as well, since there is not another book in this series yet, or even if one is planned as the main part is finished. So much more could happen I do hope there is more to come... less
