review 1: The book starts off promisingly enough. Korobi must do what she has set her heart on. But with the desire to follow each character's story and emotional turmoil, the book sort of skims over the parts that really need attention. Korobi's , especially, I feel has been shortchanged. I believe this is the first time I've read a book by someone from India. It was a very good read.
